Your HEL Performance brake line kit will be assembled
in-house from the finest quality stainless steel or titanium
fittings swaged directly onto hard drawn tensile stainless
steel braided Teflon hose.
With our extensive motorcycle listings your complete kit will
be manufactured to exact specifications, guaranteeing the
look, the quality and the performance you demand.
HEL Brake line kits eliminate that 'spongy' feeling often found
with rubber hoses under extreme braking conditions - the time
when you need their performance the most. By replacing the
original rubber hoses with our complete system you will
remove this sponginess and your braking will deliver new
levels of precision.

SSK - 303 Stainless Steel Fittings
The original HEL Brake Line kit features Stainless Steel fittings
and Stainless Steel braided hoses which offer excellent
resistance to both corrosion and abrasion . Our swage fittings
give a positive and secure connection, a streamlined finish and
are lighter, less bulky and safer than the reusable
equivalents.

stainless steel. We are the world's only manufacturer offering coloured stainless steel brake line fittings. These
coloured stainless steel ends have thirteen coats of colour
applied to offer you uniform, rich colours with built in UV
protection so they will not fade in the sunlight as
aluminium fittings are prone to do. They offer complete colour
choice without the dangers associated with the use of
aluminium fittings on stainless steel hose. These fittings are
available in Silver, Gold, Black, Green, Red, Blue and Purple and offer the optimum choice without compromising safety. |

TIK- Titanium Fittings And Banjo Bolts
Our third choice of material is the choice of the champion. Our
full Titanium kits feature Titanium Banjo Bolts and Titanium Fittings
swaged directly onto our stainless steel braided
Teflon hose. These fittings offer a weight saving on our
regular stainless steel ends and bolts of S7%. Titanium is
normally 4S% lighter than steel and twice as strong as
aluminium. Titanium also offers outstanding corrosion resistance and
superior strength-to-weight ratios .
PVC Sleeve Which Protect Your Fairing & Paintwork...
Our kits come complete with a protective pvc cover available
in Clear, Red, Neon Blue, Blue, neon blue, black, purple, green,
orange, carbolook and yellow. These covers are applied during
manufacture so that it actually adheres to the stainless steel
braid guaranteeing that the looks of your bike will be
enhanced as much as your braking.

All HEL Performance Brake line kits include fittings, ferrules,
stainless steel braided Teflon hose, all required banjo bolts and
copper washer's offering you a complete installation package.
Our kits also come with our lifetime warranty card, warranty

For many models we even offer you different options for
the layout of the front brake lines. Our catalogue shows
the different layouts available each for individual model:
S: Standard Kit. As per the original brake line layout on your
bike.
F: Full-Length (race) kit. Two Full Length Lines both running from
master cylinder, one to the right hand caliper and one to the
left hand caliper.
O: Over The Mudguard. One full length line runs from master
cylinder to the right hand caliper and the other connecting
right and left calipers by routing over the mudguard.
